Director
With over 50 years’ experience within the Construction Industry, a bachelors degree and a MBA, John Schick has extensive and particular expertise in Project Management, Construction Management, Contract Management and Negotiation, Superintendence of Contracts and Delivery within Local Government.
As the Managing Director of Artbeech Pty Ltd, John prides himself in delivering a high standard of Project Delivery including Contract Management, Business Management and Business Strategic Planning Consultancy Services to the Building Industry.
His wealth of knowledge and expertise has established a reputation within the industry that ultimately puts his client first and foremost delivering anything and everything that they require.

Fraser McClanachan
Project Manager
Fraser McClanachan is a diligent and reliable Project Manager at Artbeech, with over 10 years experience within the Civil Construction, Infrastructure and Mining Industries.
After completing his dual degrees in civil engineering and accounting, Fraser supported numerous civil project teams throughout regional Queensland and NSW ensuring that all project requirements were met and delivered to the clients satisfaction. Fraser’s experience with estimating and contract administration also gives him a solid foundation for understanding both the project development stage through to project handover.
In late 2021, Fraser joined the Artbeech team to establish himself within Brisbane and to support the Managing Director whilst gaining experience within the construction industry.
Since then he has brought a fresh perspective to the business and emersed himself in every construction and civil project striving to provide the highest level of service and client satisfaction.
